Mobile Brewery 500 comprises:
- Tandem trailer 415 x 210 x 220 cm internal height
- Sides and rear can be opened up as awning roofs
- Trailer unloaded weight ca. 870 kg. Max. loaded weight 2.700 kg
Press side
- Stainless steel conveyor belt
- Washing machine with fruit mill
- hydr. pack press 400-500 l (or optional belt press) juice container with 500µ sieve
Filling side
- Self-cleaning fruit juice filter
- 2 x 200-litre storage tanks with juice pipes to the pasteurizer
- Pasteurizer Pk 550 RWT with oil boiler and temperature control
- Filling table with bag-in-box dosing machine EF 600 (+ bottle filler if desired)
