A simple and easy to use table-top version of the established pack press. The fruit is packed in layers in fine-mesh Trevira press filters, in a frame, and pressed out under high pressure. It does not need to be screwed down. The juice container is made of stainless steel 1.4301, the press frame of PE natural plastic. Fruit utilization is up to 80 %, depending on the fruit, and the pressing quality. This is the highest utilization of all press systems.

It can be powered by manual hydraulics, or pneumatically (with a pneumatic air compressor).
